Brief job responsibilities summary: Oversee and manage the operations of Camp Recky, including hiring, training and supervising camp staff to ensure a high-quality camp experience. Coordinate camp logistics, scheduling and risk management to create a safe and engaging environment for all participants. Assist with the administration of Competitive Sports, including scheduling, staff development and risk management. Supervise the GA supporting Camps and Competitive Sports, providing guidance and professional development. Work closely with students and professional staff to enhance recreational opportunities that promote learning, teamwork and personal growth.
