Job Responsibilities
Assists in the supervision, onboarding, training and certification of 120 student staff members who are responsible for the operations of the RPAC Welcome Center, Sport Shop and Access Control. Focuses primarily on ensuring members receive quality customer service interactions, experiences, equipment and merchandise when utilizing the RPAC.
