Job Responsibilities: Assists in the supervision, onboarding, training, and certification of 120 student staff members who are responsible for the operations of the Recreation and Physical Activity Center Welcome Center, Sport Shop, and Access Control. Focuses primarily on ensuring members receive quality customer service interactions, experiences, equipment, and merchandise when utilizing the RPAC.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Rhetorical Studies, Minors in American Indian Studies and Gender & Women’s Studies – University of Wisconsin, Madison 2023. Master of Science in Kinesiology (Sport Management) – The Ohio State University, expected 2026.
