Midwest Fit Fest 2025

Recreational Sports at The Ohio State University is excited to invite you and your team to the 25th Midwest Fit Fest Conference in Columbus, Ohio! 

Midwest Fit Fest is an educational fitness conference that provides students with the unique opportunity to present, learn and connect with peers from colleges across the Midwest. This year's conference will take place February 21 - 23, 2025.

Location and Parking
Registration Midwest Fit Fest is open to college undergraduate, graudate or professional staff members across the midwest. 
  • Cost: $65 per person
  • Opens: Monday, October 14, 2024
  • Closes: Friday, January 31, 2025 

How to Register:

  1. Navigate to our Registration Portal.
  2. Select SIGN IN.
  3. Select SIGN UP.
  4. Follow the CREATE AN ACCOUNT instructions to complete account setup.
  5. Navigate to Midwest Fit Fest 2025 Registration page.
  6. Select 'Midwest Fit Fest 2025 - Conference Registration' and click REGISTER.
  7. Complete registration process. You will receive an email confirmation once successfully complete. 
Presentation Proposals Share your passion for fitness with others and submit a presentation proposal! Presentation proposals will be accepted Monday, October 14 through Friday, November 22, 2024.

Each proposal will request the following information:

  • Presentation Title
  • Learning Objectives
  • Presentation Description
  • Presentation Type (lecture, movement, combination)
  • Presentation Time (60 or 45 minutes)
  • Equipment Needed
  • Presenter Certification Credentials (if applicable)
  • Note: Presentation proposal will NOT require a video submission
