Group Fitness Yogalates

Strengthen your core and unwind some of the muscles you’ve been using all week! This Pilates-yoga fusion class will help you activate, isolate and stabilize deep core muscles while improving your total body alignment, flexibility and strength. Great for all fitness levels. This group fitness class takes place at the North Recreation Center (NRC).
