Group Fitness Relaxation Yoga
Leave the demands of your day at the door and join us for a deep stretch, yin style yoga flow. By holding restorative poses for longer and focusing on slowing the breath, participants will be covered in a blanket of relaxation by the end of class. Allow your body and mind to find release in this calming space.
