Group Fitness Yoga for Climbers

Calling all climbers!  This balanced session addresses the unique demands of climbing by combining targeted flexibility work with strength-building sequences. Whether you're a dedicated climber or just enjoy occasional ascents, this practice will help you move with greater efficiency, stability, and confidence in all your athletic pursuits!  This group fitness class takes place at the Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC) and has a limited capacity.
