Group Fitness Mountain Music 20/20/20
Begin class with a 20-minute "mountain bike," where we will cruise up and down picturesque hills to music that reminds you of the great outdoors, all from the comfort of an indoor bike. Then, test your strength by "building a log cabin" with fundamental strength moves. Finally, rest your body with flexibility and mobility training for the final 20 minutes of class. You're inside, but you'll feel like you're outside!
