Get ready to step, sweat, and move in this high-energy 30/30 Strength & Step class. Start with 30 minutes of strength work using the step to build power and endurance, then finish with 30 minutes of dance-inspired step cardio that keeps the energy high and the sweat flowing. Expect fun choreography, strong movement, and a workout that leaves you feeling energized and accomplished.
