Group Fitness Oops, I Lifted Again

Come workout to your favorite Y2K female pop artist using a group fitness barbell. Participants will be challenged through foundational strength moves that target the entire body and performed at the beat of the music. Whether it’s adding weight, changing the tempo, or adding a bust of cardio, this class will be sure to assist you in reaching your fitness goals, and maybe singing out loud as you do it.
