Looking to jumpstart your fitness routine this month? Use the calendar below as a guide for getting at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week! 

We have provided you with a mix of Group Fitness LIVE Archives classes, Group Fitness on Demand videos and written workouts to help hold you accountable each day and keep your workouts balanced. Feel free to follow calendar as is, or mix and match to fit your schedule and your needs!
