Group Fitness Cycle + Barre
The perfect blend of both indoor cycling and barre in one hour! Challenge your cardiovascular system the first half of the class as the instructor guides you through a variety of terrains on the bike. Directly following the ride, you will continue to strengthen and lengthen your muscles using a combination of yoga, Pilates and ballet-inspired movements. This class is great for any fitness level regardless of whether you are new to cycle, barre or both. This group fitness class takes place at the North Recreation Center (NRC).
