Group Fitness Rise & Reflect Yoga

Start the morning releasing tension in the muscles and reflecting on mind and body. This class centers on connecting thought to movement, with yoga, while utilizing different meditations, breath work and mindfulness techniques to relieve stress. Let go of distractions, find joy in movement and leave class feeling refreshed! All are welcome. This class takes place at the North Recreation Center (NRC).
