Group Fitness Circuit Cycle

Are you looking to add variety to your normal cycling class? Circuit Cycle does just that and adds an extra challenge to your workouts. Cycling blocks are broken up by power and strength sets off the bike, which train the heart to adjust accordingly. Join us on the bikes to try something new and challenge your cycling abilities! All fitness levels welcome. Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
