Group Fitness Yoga Inversions

Build your inversions from the ground up. In this class, you will learn different techniques and skills to prepare your body to safely get in and out of various inverted yoga postures. Inversions ranging from downward dog to headstand will be covered and modifications will always be given to make each pose more accessible for every student. Bring your adventurous side and come flip your world upside down! Some yoga experience is recommended.
