Group Fitness HIIT + Core

HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to multiple endurance workouts, in a shorter period of time. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal time of work. Core exercises will be sprinkled throughout class to break up the high intensity efforts. Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class
