Strengthen your core and unwind some of the muscles you’ve been using all week! This Pilates-yoga fusion class will help you activate, isolate and stabilize deep core muscles while improving your total body alignment, flexibility and strength. Great for all fitness levels. Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
