Group Fitness TRX ®
Challenge yourself and try something new. This class will take you through a series of strength exercises on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, a training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. Cardio components may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Each TRX® class is a new workout with a similar structure. Come learn a new way to train!
