Group Fitness Relaxation Yoga
Leave the demands of your day at the door and join us for a deep stretch, yin style yoga flow. By holding restorative poses for longer and focusing on slowing the breath, participants will be covered in a blanket of relaxation by the end of class. Allow your body and mind to find release in this calming space. This group fitness class takes place at the North Recreation Center (NRC).
