Group Fitness Buckeye Bootcamp

Calling all Buckeyes! Ready for a new challenge? This circuit-style class will test your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall functional fitness. Participants will utilize the group fitness tires, versafit logs, dynamax balls and other equipment to achieve a total body workout. All fitness levels are welcome!
